great location helpful staff good breakfast
The location was great, very close to Kensington Gardens. I found a Whole Foods Market within a short walk. The included breakfast offered good value and variety. The staff was excellent and helpful during my entire stay.
The room decor seemed a bit tired.

The hotel offers a gym, though I did not use it. There is also a spa available with various massage services. A Thai massage is among them. The hotel had available tables where guests could talk in silence.

The staff assisted with a complimentary upgrade to a suite facing the park. The location allowed easy access to parks and museums. The suite was spacious and the service was attentive. Kensington is perfect for walks to Royal Albert Hall.
The hotel shows its age a little. Some furnishings are scuffed and worn.

The immediate area provides tranquility due to its proximity to Kensington Gardens. Walking to Kensington High Street takes about five minutes. Several main museums are also within a comfortable walking distance from here.

Wonderful Stay at Hyde Park Gem
varied breakfast convenient location
The breakfast buffet offered good variety (especially fresh pastries). I was upgraded to a spacious room and had early check-in after a long flight. The location is convenient, near Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Bus stops are also very close, which i found useful.
The air conditioning on the floor was not working . I had to move to another room because of this issue. It was inconvenient, but the staff handled it efficiently.

The staff was helpful and friendly (specifically at breakfast). Their attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience. Everyone seemed committed to making my stay pleasant and efficient.

park view convenient location helpful staff
i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite that faced the park. the location proved very convenient, with the parks and royal albert hall easily accessible by foot. the staff was always ready to assist with any requests.
i noted some areas within the hotel that looked tired. a bit of updating would enhance the overall experience.

Wonderful Wedding Stay!
delicious plate comfortable room
Our room got upgraded, and they surprised us with Prosecco and a delicious plate of goodies! The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The Full English is a must-have. You will have no regrets! The rooms were very comfortable, and the shower and bath were luxurious.
The greeting during check-in lacked warmth. It was the least cute I've ever experienced. The receptionist was not friendly, and no one assisted with our bags from the car. Valet parking was provided, but the room was not ready by check-in time.

The location is unparalleled. Hyde Park is just across the road. Royal Albert Hall is only a short walk away if you want to catch a show, so it is convenient. Several main museums are within walking distance, too.

The staff was excellent and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The housekeeping team provided really good service and cleaned and serviced our rooms every day. I always felt well taken care of.

wide range gentle staff prime location
the breakfast had salmon with a wide range of cheeses. the staff was gentle and accommodating, this. the location is really good being in front of the hyde park. restaurants, stores and subways are within short walking distance.
the decor looked outdated and a bit bizarre on the floor. waste and plugs on the sinks seemed rusty.

the breakfast was good i enjoyed the wide selection available the staff were very attentive they were always ready to help with any request the location was convenient it was close to several attractions and public transport links
the decor seemed a bit tired some of the furniture showed signs of wear and tear the room service menu was limited there were not many options for late night dining the wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the room i experienced intermittent connectivity
